## Overview

The Nile Portal sends email alerts for six incident categories: Nile Infrastructure, Nile Service, Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Client Devices.

## Configure Alerts

1. Log in to the Nile Portal. In the left navigation, select **Network Setup** > **Global Settings **> **Integrations** > **+** **Setup Integration**.
2. Choose **Email** as the delivery method, click NEXT, enable the desired alert subscription categories and click **Save**. Categories include: Nile Infrastructure, Nile Service, Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Client Devices.
3. You can also deliver alerts via Webhooks (for example, ServiceNow). From **Global Settings > Integrations**, add a **Webhook** and select the alert groups to send. Categories include: Nile Infrastructure, Nile Service, Infrastructure, Application, Security, My Nile Incidents and Client Devices.

Note: Email alert subscriptions are per admin. Each admin must sign in and enable their own email subscriptions.
