Overview
The Nile Portal sends email alerts for six incident categories: Nile Infrastructure, Nile Service, Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Client Devices.
Configure Alerts
- Log in to the Nile Portal. In the left navigation, select Network Setup > Global Settings > Integrations > + Setup Integration.
- Choose Email as the delivery method, click NEXT, enable the desired alert subscription categories and click Save. Categories include: Nile Infrastructure, Nile Service, Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Client Devices.
- You can also deliver alerts via Webhooks (for example, ServiceNow). From Global Settings > Integrations, add a Webhook and select the alert groups to send. Categories include: Nile Infrastructure, Nile Service, Infrastructure, Application, Security, My Nile Incidents and Client Devices.
Note: Email alert subscriptions are per admin. Each admin must sign in and enable their own email subscriptions.
