Blinking Blue | Bluetooth enabled and available. Connection to the Nile Cloud and the local NSB gateway is not established, and BLE is ready for pairing. | - If it is new/out of the box, proceed with the setup. - If still in the same state after activation: - Verify connectivity issues between the NE and the Nile Cloud (e.g., firewall, routing). - Check for cable issues between the NE and NSB Gateway. - Investigate if the network closet is isolated from the rest of the network in case of multiple affected NEs. - Ensure the NE is activated through the mobile app. |
Solid Blue | Bluetooth connected to the mobile app | - If the mobile app hasn’t paired to the NE for troubleshooting, but the LED is solid blue, reboot the switch. |
Blinking Red | NE has connected either to the NSB GW or the Nile Cloud. | - The NEs might have lost connectivity to the cloud. Check firewall rules and ISP issues. - If the NSB GW is down, Nile will proactively notify you, and a Nile CSM will reach out. |
