Simply click the link in the email to complete a brief registration form, set up your organization's tenant, and create your login credentials

Upon approval, the Customer will receive an email from Nile with instructions to set up your password

From the Nile Portal, the customer can add additional members from their organization

Setup Service Areas in the Nile Portal, specifying the sites, buildings, and floors where the Nile Access Service will be deployed.

Step 2: Site Discovery, Cabling and Shipping

Site Discovery Scheduling

Once the customer configures service areas in the Nile Portal, the Nile Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will contact the customer to schedule an on-site discovery for wired and wireless. A preferred partner of Nile will perform these site discovery activities

After scheduling, Nile's preferred partner will perform the on-site data gathering and wireless site surveys, collecting essential information for the deployment plan

Deployment Plan

Based on the survey findings, Nile will provide a detailed deployment plan for Access Points (APs), specifying placement and requirements

Cabling

After receiving the deployment plan, the customer is responsible for ensuring site readiness by arranging copper (CAT6A) cabling for Access Points and fiber (MMF/SMF) cabling between network closets to prepare for the installation phase

BoM and Shipping

Nile will create a Bill of Materials (BoM) that lists all required equipment according to Nile’s performance standards. Once finalized, Nile will arrange for shipment and provide tracking information to the customer

Installation Scheduling

The Nile SDM will coordinate the installation schedule, working with the partner and the customer to confirm timing and finalize on-site installation plans

3. Customer Readiness for Installation

To ensure a seamless installation of your Nile Access Service, please ensure your environment is fully prepared by reviewing key architecture and setup details. Complete the setup of your router/firewall and Nile Portal ahead of the scheduled installation day to enable a smooth migration

Customer Device Testing

The customer can begin testing both wireless and wired client devices for connectivity. This includes connecting essential equipment, such as cameras and printers, to confirm network access and performance across all devices

After deployment is complete, a dedicated Nile Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be assigned as the primary contact for ongoing support, ensuring the service continues to meet the customer’s needs effectively
