overview the nile portal sends email alerts for six incident categories nile infrastructure, nile service, infrastructure, application, security, and client devices configure alerts log in to the nile portal in the left navigation, select network setup > global settings > integrations > + setup integration choose email as the delivery method, click next, enable the desired alert subscription categories and click save categories include nile infrastructure, nile service, infrastructure, application, security, and client devices you can also deliver alerts via webhooks (for example, servicenow) from global settings > integrations , add a webhook and select the alert groups to send categories include nile infrastructure, nile service, infrastructure, application, security, my nile incidents and client devices note email alert subscriptions are per admin each admin must sign in and enable their own email subscriptions
