This document provides information about data stored by Nile Cloud Services and retention policies governing their storage.

Account Management Data

This data primarily includes deployment information such as Nile Planned Deployment (NPD), work orders, billing and maintenance window

Services Involved	Data	Retention Policy
All Nile Services	Work Order - Data about installation, site survey work orders and job	Stored forever
	BOM, NPD & Deviations - Bill of Materials, Nile Planned Deployment data and any deviations in installation from Nile Planned Deployment	Stored forever
	Billing - Billing information across all Nile Services	Stored forever
	Usage - Usage data on Nile Access Service, Guest Service, DHCP Service and Trust Service	1 year

Settings Data

This data includes customer floor plans, site survey, account information, billing and Nile Control Center settings

Nile Access Service	Nile Access Service Settings which include the following Network Setup - Service Area Data - Floor Plans, Sites, buildings, floors and zones, Ekahau data, Authentication, Segments, Wireless & DHCP, Security, Identity Integrations, User Account Data	Stored as long as the service is commissioned
Nile DHCP Service	DHCP Settings	Stored as long as the service is commissioned
Nile Guest Service	Guest Service Settings	Stored as long as the service is commissioned

Network Administrator Data

This is the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data of Network Administrators in Nile Control Center.

Services Involved	Data	Retention Policy
All Nile Services	Name, Email and Phone Number	Stored as long as the service is commissioned

Network User Data

This is the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data of end users of Nile Access Service

Services Involved	Data	Retention Policy
All Nile Services	Name, Email and Phone Number	1 year.

Devices Data

This data includes end user traffic information (network traffic, web browsing, internal applications, etc.), fingerprint information, location, metrics, packet traces, events and logs.

All Nile Services	Network Traffic: Events & Metrics Location Application Traffic: Summarized Information	30 days default. extended retention period can be purchased up to 90 days
	Troubleshooting data - pcap, trace, logs	Upto 90 days

Support Data

This data includes all customer support tickets and support conversations
