Configure Nile Portal Alert notification emails

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to configure alert notification emails in the Nile Portal.
- Access to Nile Portal with an admin account.
- Login to Nile Portal with Admin Account
- Use your existing admin credentials to log in to the Nile Portal.
- Create a New Admin Account
- Navigate to Settings > Admins.
- Click on the + button to add a new user.
- Fill in the required information to create the new admin account.
- Login with the New Admin Account
- Use the credentials of the newly created admin account to log in to the Nile Portal.
- Configure Email Subscriptions
- Navigate to Settings > Global Settings > Integrations.
- Click on Subscribe to alerts and events.
- Enter the email address that will receive the email notifications and alerts.
- Click on Next.

- Select Email Subscriptions
- Choose the desired email subscription options based on your requirements.
- Click on Save.
- After enabling your subscription(s), you will receive alerts related to your system.
- To view alerts directly on the Nile Portal:
- Use the quick view by clicking on the Triangle with Exclamation Mark icon located at the top right of any Nile Portal screen.
- For a comprehensive view, click on Alerts from the left-hand navigation bar.
